As a leading partner for solutions for sheet metal and material processing, we combine laser cutting technology, press brakes, automation, and software with innovative laser applications for new materials and processes.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate and support monthly payroll processes.
• Support employees and managers in day-to-day HR-related topics.
• Handle HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, certificates, master data maintenance, and reference letters.
• Support recruiting activities from job posting to onboarding.

Your education & experience

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least one year of hands-on professional experience in HR and payroll.
• Good English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Required on-site presence at the office in Cazzago San Martino.
