General Information

A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available from October 1, 2026 for a duration of 6 months.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Europe Total Rewards team in its day-to-day business
  • Preparing evaluations and data analyses and conducting research
  • Assisting in projects on various topics
  • Providing operational and administrative support in the planning and implementation of remuneration-related processes, such as benchmarking and remuneration reviews
  • Revising guidelines and presentations
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR standards, processes and tools
  • Documenting relevant processes and procedures

Your Qualifications

  • Studies in economics, social sciences, humanities with a focus on human resources/controlling, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and data
  • Initiative and an independent, careful and reliable approach to work
