You’ll become part of a team in the heart of the Operation, working alongside the team responsible for the delivery of the airline operation for Pilots and Cabin Crew, utilising resources as efficiently as possible ensuring requirements comply with legal & industrial agreements and that budgetary restrictions are met whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

As our TOCC operates on a 24/7 basis 365 days per year, the role will be shift based. Covering a combination of day (7:30am - 7:30pm) and night (7:30pm - 7:30am) shifts, which could span weekends and Bank Holidays (shift patterns may be subject to change in line with business requirements). We currently have both permanent positions and Fixed Term Contract roles available.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Be the first point of contact for both the Flight Deck and Cabin crew community within TUI Airways
  • Responsible for maintaining and amending changes to the crew communities live roster, ensuring the flying programme is maintained
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations team and other key stakeholders within TUI

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience within a fast paced operational environment
  • Experience of working with policy and or legislative agreements
  • A creative problem solver, able to consider alternatives and arrive at a logical decision
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working under pressure in a reactive environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service based role
  • Process and detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong inter-personal and excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • An enthusiastic ambassador of change who makes suggestions for improvement
  • Experience of the Airline/Aviation industry or a keen interest in this would be highly regarded

In 62 Reisebüros quer durch Österreich beraten die Teams von TUI zu Urlaub, Flügen und Hotels. Dahinter steht die TUI Austria Holding GmbH mit Sitz am Wiener Flughafen. Sie ist die österreichische Landesgesellschaft des Touristikkonzerns TUI und gehört damit zu einem der größten Reiseunternehmen der Welt. Wer hier arbeitet, hat einen regionalen Arbeitgeber vor Ort und einen internationalen Konzern im Rücken.

Die Firma bringt Reisende und Reisen zusammen. Über die Plattform tui.at und das österreichweite Filialnetz vermittelt sie Urlaubsreisen, Flüge und Hotels und verkauft neben den eigenen TUI-Produkten auch Marken wie airtours, 1-2-Fly oder Wolters Reisen. Die TUI Group beschäftigt weltweit rund 67.000 Menschen, betreut nach eigenen Angaben etwa 34,7 Millionen Gäste im Jahr und betreibt eigene Hotels, Kreuzfahrtschiffe und Fluglinien. Für die Beschäftigten in Österreich bedeutet das kurze Wege im Alltag und zugleich die Stabilität und die Möglichkeiten eines börsennotierten Konzerns.

Die Berufsbilder reichen weit über die klassische Reiseberatung hinaus. In den Filialen planen Reiseexpertinnen und Filialleiter die Reisen der Kundschaft, in der Zentrale kümmern sich Fachleute um E-Commerce und Marketing, um Flug- und Produktmanagement, um Finanzen und IT.
